Knowing me Knowing You Journeys with Paula Tracy has evolved from the inner work and deep connection Paula has garnered with over thirty years of self exploration through an array of modalities to truly know herself. Paula’s practice enables her to create a safe and personalised space for the seeker to journey within to find their inner truths and knowings.

These journeys are offered to female teens and women who are searching to find themselves, to allay inner turmoils, integrate any experiences that were too much to manage in the past and are ready to be uncovered, witnessed and consolidated with a deeper awareness and honouring with an open heart.

The individualised journey through one on one sessions is to support you to find your inner voice, to become clear on your choices, empowering you to trust yourself in the experiences and relationships of your life.

With over ten years experience working in Community Service sector from employment and training with long term unemployed to working with youth and their primary care givers, Paula specialises in a trauma informed approach including:

Outreach services for teenage girls can be provided after initial consultation with the parent, with clear goals for the sessions to be selected by the young person for those living in the Geelong region.

Individualised rituals for life path transitions can be created upon request. These can be held in nature, in private space or a locale of your choosing. The ritual is a process that can be integrated in ongoing journeys or as stand alones.
