Indigo Art therapy offers a holistic approach where counselling is provided in a warm, safe caring environment incorporating a creative approach to psychotherapy, together with a person-centered approach for both children and adults. There is no need to have artistic ability. We have a wealth of experience having worked internationally and locally in schools, universities, hospitals, aged care facilities and government departments.
The extensive international experience using the most forward-thinking techniques, has demonstrated that Indigo Art Therapy can positively impact children and adults with intellectual disabilities, spectrum disorders, mental health challenges, life-threatening illnesses, and survivors of trauma. While being warm and empathetic, our center offers goal orientated therapy, facilitating change and growth while building self-esteem.
We are located in Gardenvale, Highett, South Geelong, Lower Templestowe and Brighton. This warm inviting creative space is within easy reach for locals, allowing us to be very familiar with the area and the needs of the children and adults we work with.
