Moving With The Times.

The benefits, traps and pitfalls of online counselling.

Keith Hulstaert

(includes 2 hours Professional Supervision)

Who would have believed, just thirty years ago, that the birth of the internet as we know it today would see the demise of the Encyclopaedia Britannica as a printed book,  retail stores would struggle against businesses selling products online, approved education would be provided on the internet, the need to write a letter and send it by post would become a novelty and, amongst other things, we now face the imminent disappearance of the cheque to pay bills in favour of doing so on a mobile device?

If you believe that counselling will be unaffected by the digital age then this workshop will be of no interest to you!

However, if like me, you believe that the digital age is providing us with new and exciting ways to interact and bring about healing to others, then come along to this workshop and hear about:

Digital technology breaking down geographic barriers

The challenges facing counselling industry bodies

Expectations of your future clients

Benefits and pitfalls of an online practice

Today's technology which makes all of this possible

The demands of a few clients around Australia and around the world led me to increasingly work with my counselling practice online. I look forward to sharing with  you what I have learned along the way.
